AmberTools 1.0 is now available!

And AmberTools is now under GPL2! Go ahead and check it out!

Known macintosh-related issues on version 1.0:
1. sleap crashs when launched (fixed in the current source tree, please wait for software update.)
2. antechamber crashs during several tests.
